There’s only been a hand full of times I embarked on a production that shifted the paradigm of what it meant to manage a project. I remember arriving at Royal Caribbean HQ, stepping in to a conference hall the size of a basketball area filled with product teams interacting with each other, analyzing white-boards, stinging post-its together in a scene that felt like a covert government operation. I knew right away that this would be a project of a lifetime.
